Influence of different track structures on the development of corrugation in small radius curve section of subway

Many studies have shown that the rail corrugation on small radius curve section of subway floating slab track is serious. And it seems to be different from common track. The structure must play an important role in generation and development corrugation. This paper measured a line Tianjin, including 2 structures, analyzed data by using international evaluation acceptance indexes results show inner short sleeper monolithic (SSMT) has poor smoothness wavelength range 0-300 mm, overall outer good; steel spring (SSFST) 100-300 300-1000 mm. Then vehicle-track coupling model wheel-rail wear calculation established. existing corrugation, short-wavelength 20-25 mm will continue appear or deteriorate, other wavelengths slow down stop varying degrees; with increase train passing times, SSFST 315 develops fastest, SSMT 20 160 fastest.
